Marer's reworking and rolling area has machines with flat or rolled dies for threading from M4 to M22, and automatic tapping machines M2-M12. Bending machines for the production of special pieces with safety rivets for shelving.
Marer also has licenses for the production of MAThread®, MATpoint® and Never-Jam® Threads, which are patented thread profiles that can be used on any screw, bolt or other with external thread. These profiles are currently found on more than 10,000 fasteners in high-volume production plants around the world. This type of thread has the characteristic of having a conical-rounded part on the tip of the screw that allows the self-centering of the screw itself, a very useful system in production with automatic screwdrivers, eliminating the risk of incorrect insertion of the screws and ruining the thread itself.
